PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect brightness near a luminance sensed by a person, while alleviating influence of outside disorderly light. SOLUTION: In a chassis 2 housing a brightness sensor 1 detecting luminance, ambient light is taken in from a lighting window 6 provided at an underside 20. Inside the chassis 2, light taken in from the lighting window is detected by the brightness sensor 1, and an illumination load is lit based on a detection result of the brightness sensor 1. The underside 20 including the lighting window 6 is set aslant upward from a rear-face side of the chassis 2 toward a front-face side. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
