<p>Polar cephalosporin derivatives of the general formula I <IMAGE> and their physiologically tolerable acid addition salts, pharmaceutical preparations active against bacterial infections and which contain such cephalosporin derivatives, a process for the preparation of the cephalosporin derivatives and of the pharmaceutical preparations and use of the cephalosporin derivatives for the control of bacterial infections.</p>
