PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine harvester having a compact raking reel switchable its reel transmission, even when is stopped of driving. SOLUTION: As a transmission 34 for changing the rotational speed of a raking reel 12 of a reaping device 6 is provided by laying a chain 38 over a driving shaft 36, a center shaft 41a set near the driving shaft 36, speed change sprockets 37a-37d set on the circumference of a slide gear 41 rotating around a center shaft 41a and an input sprocket 12b set on the speed change sprockets 37a-37d and a rotation shaft 12a of the raking reel 12, so that when the rotational speed of the raking reel 12 is changed; the slide gear 41 is rotated about the center shaft 41a; and one among plural change gear sprockets 37a-37d, having a different effective diameter, is selected to be engaged with the reel driving shaft 36.
