<p>Provided is a pancake-like superconducting coil wherein a superconducting wire rod is wound. In the superconductor, a tape-like (Bi, Pb) 2223 superconducting wire rod and a tape-like thin film RE 123 superconducting wire rod are electrically connected in series. The superconductor is wound so that the tape-like (Bi, Pb) 2223 superconducting wire rod is arranged on the outer circumference and the tape-like thin film RE 123 superconducting wire rod is arranged on the inner circumference. Thus, the low cost superconducting coil which can generate high magnetic field even at a relatively high temperature is provided.</p> |
