<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fusion proteins suitable as test antigens in the detection of infections with pathogens, particularly of primary infections with pathogens, and to provide methods for detecting and differentially determining antibodies, particularly IgM antibodies resulting from an infection with a pathogenic organism. <P>SOLUTION: The multiple antigen of antigen for multimer type test having effective epitope density and composed of a plurality of epitope copies to which antibodies of detection target can be bound is used in order to detect and differentially determine IgM antibodies. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
