摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor unit capable of accurately measuring the state function of a fluid, when measuring plural types of state functions of the fluid, at the input side and/or the output side of a microreactor device. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor unit for use in a microreactor device includes a plurality of sensor installation holes, each having a channel therein and communicating with the channel in a circumferential direction of a wall surface of the channel at a fluid-measuring position in the channel; a channel-forming member, provided with a light input aperture and a light output aperture that are positioned to face each other in the circumferential direction of the wall surface of the channel; plural types of sensor, installed with a sensing part facing the channel which detects the state functions of a fluid at the fluid-measuring position; first optical transmission means, installed with a light outlet end facing the side of the light input aperture which faces the channel; and second optical transmission means installed with a light inlet end facing the side of the light output aperture which faces the channel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
