<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an allocation appropriate in system throughput with a little computational complexity while when allocating a plurality of frequency blocks to a plurality of mobile stations under a restriction condition that a fixed modulation/coding scheme (MCS) is applied for every mobile station. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile station with a maximum allocation index for each frequency block is extracted as a candidate mobile station (S23), a mobile station with a maximum allocation index among all the frequency blocks is extracted as an allocation mobile station (S24), and a frequency block is extracted in which the allocation mobile station takes the maximum allocation index (S25). Frequency blocks are then allocated in an order from the maximum allocation index (S26, S27) and allocation processing is repeated (S22) until the number of bits requested by the mobile station is reached, until all the frequency blocks are allocated while defining an allocation with which a transmission rate becomes maximum, as an allocation to the allocation mobile station (S28, S29) and excluding the mobile station and a frequency block allocated to the mobile station (S30), or until mobile stations of allocation candidates are eliminated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
