PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial flow fan device which can reduce noise, a housing, and electronic equipment with the axial flow fan device mounted thereon. SOLUTION: A sidewall 35 of a housing 3 is provided with a plurality of slits 35a which circulates gas. Each of the plurality of slits 35a is provided so as to incline to the opposite side of the inclination of a blade 7 in the axial direction (Z direction) of rotation of an axial impeller 5. Air incorporated into the housing 3 through the slits 35a rectifies a swirl flow C generated at the end of the blade 7.
