PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a structure including a function for correcting zero point and gain characteristic representing a relation utilized for calculating radial loads. SOLUTION: An arithmetic unit (not shown) is provided with: a function, as a first function for calculating the radial load which acts between an outer wheel 1 and a hub 2, on the basis of output signals of respective sensors 5a<SB>1</SB>, 5a<SB>2</SB>, 5b<SB>1</SB>, 5b<SB>2</SB>; a function, as a second function for estimating the radial load on the basis of vehicle information; and a function, as a third function for correcting at least one of the zero point and the gain characteristic utilized for calculating the radial load by the first function, on the basis of the radial load estimated by the second function.
