PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable winning device of a Pachinko game machine capable of surely detecting an approach of a magnet without obstructing the rolling of game balls. SOLUTION: The dimension of a winning hole 27 is changed when respective movable pieces 21a and 21b are actuated. A mounting base plate 23 is provided in the back of the respective movable pieces 21a and 21b. A through-hole 30 for passing a game ball entering the winning hole 27 is formed on the mounting base plate 23. The mounting base plate 23 is attached to the front face 32 of a game board 10. A guide body 22 is provided in front of the mounting base plate 23 to guide the game ball entering the winning hole 27 to the through-hole 30. The guide body 22 has a bottom part 29. The bottom part 29 of the guide body 22 is provided in the lower part of the respective movable pieces 21a and 21b. The bottom part 29 of the guide body 22 is formed with an internal space 36.
