PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that in checking operation of equipments, confirmation of leakage, test run and the like of the equipments are practiced after the checking operation is finished, a large amount of time is needed for a temporarily returning procedure of an operation card and there occurs hearing error. SOLUTION: In practicing confirmation operation such as confirmation of restoration and the test run of the equipments to be checked after the checking operation is finished, an operator prepares a temporary returning card 20 on which the content of the confirmation operation is described when the checking operation is finished, and the temporary returning card 20 with an operation card 10 used for the checking operation are temporarily returned to a plant driving person. The operator receives the temporary returning card 20 for operation from the plant driving person and performs the confirmation operation based on the temporary returning card 20 for operation.
