A composition for antistatic anti-glare hard coating and the film manufactured by the same is provided to ensrue excellent surface resistance and to excellent properties as a display coating agent with a superior light transmission, glossiness, and pencil hardness by using a silica hollow microsphere and an antistatic agent which have a superior scattering effect of the light. A composition for antistatic anti-glare hard coating comprises 0.1-15wt.% of a silica hollow microsphere with 10-1000 nm of the average particle diameter based on the solid content; 1-30 wt.% of an antistatic agent; 1-20 wt.% of a ultraviolet curable resin; 0.1-5 wt.% of a photoinitiator; and a solvent.
