An apparatus for measuring a sample is provided to measure temperature of the sample on a real time basis by including temperature correction function and to measure sweetness degree/ acidity/ salinity/ moisture to the swarming sample by computing each temperature correction factor from a resistivity correction factor table. An apparatus for measuring a sample contains: a temperature table in which data are stored; a storage part(110) for storing data table of each measured temperature section and a resistivity correction factor table; a key input circuit division(120) for outputting a sample measurement starting signal according to a manipulation of users; a microprocessor(160) for generating a control signal according to input of the key input circuit division; an oscillation circuit(170) for generating and outputting an oscillation signal by controlling a microprocessor; a sample measurement part(130) for measuring sample, and outputting the measured sample of sensing signal; a temperature sensor(185) for measuring and outputting temperature of the sample; a level converter(140) for changing the sample sensing signal outputted from the sample measurement part to a direct current level; and a signal processing unit(150) for producing and outputting a comparison signal for measuring the sample.
