APPARATUS WITH VENT HOLES TO FORM BOWL AND METHOD USING THE SAME

A bowl forming apparatus with vent holes and method using the same is provided to smoothly exhaust gas generating in foaming of the composition and mold container with enough compressive strength. A bowl forming apparatus comprises a bottom mold having the internal space in which resin is injected and a top mold facing the bottom mold and pressurizes the resin. In the bottom mold, vent holes(41,43) for ejecting the gas generated in molding the resin are formed. The vent hole is formed on the top of the top mold and the side or the bottom of the bottom mold. The vent hole formed on the side or the bottom of the bottom mold is connected to the common exhaust passage(50).
