A lipid particle including a Coenzyme Q10 is provided to have a nanosize by dissolving the coenzyme Q10 in water and to protect it from the external environment by including the Coenzyme Q10 in granules, to promote antioxidant effect, to maximize an anti-wrinkle effect and to prevent an ageing of a skin. A stabilizing layer comprises a triglyceride, a phospholipid surrounding the triglyceride and a stabilizing layer consisting of a tocopheryl derivative. A Coenzyme Q10 is soluble in the triglyceride and the stabilizing layer. The triglyceride is selected in a group consisting of a tricaprin, a trilaurin, a glyceryl trimyristate, a tripalmitin, a tristearin. The phospholipid is a yolk derived from phosphatidylcholine or from soybean phosphatidylcholine. The tocopheryl derivative is an alphatocopheryl polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate. A composition for skin external using agent comprises the lipid particle as an active ingredient. |
