A sleeping inducer and a method of inducing sleep using the same are provided to prevent a user from being unable to sleep according to the deviation of temperature. An apparatus for inducing sleep comprises: a wireless communications unit communicating with the external unit; a sensing part detecting the body temperature of the user(110); and a controller controlling the external unit in a way of converting the current sleeping state into the sound sleep state through the wireless communications unit by grasping body temperature change of the user on the basis of sense information of the sensing part.
