A device for removing scale inside a pipe is provided to enhance work efficiency by cleaning an inner wall inside pipe having a wide area. A device for removing scale inside a pipe comprises a motor(100) where a cam(102) is attached to its rotation shaft; a body part which is mounted to the motor and the axis of rotation of the motor is connected; and a scale removal unit formed on the outer periphery of the body part. The body part consists of a first main body(201) having the hollow cylindrical type in which rotation space of the cam attached to the rotation shaft and a second main body(202) having the hollow cylindrical type in which a bearing support(203) where the rotation shaft is supported is attached. The scale removal unit is interacted to the cam and removes scale by striking the inner wall inside the pipe.
