MACHINE FOR FROZEN DRYING

A frozen-drying machine is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost and process by performing prefreezing and frozen-drying in one chamber without separate equipment. A frozen-drying machine comprises a chamber(10) in which space is formed; a container(20) which is established in the space of the chamber and in which the upper side is opened; a liquid nitrogen inlet port(30) formed on the upper wall(12) of the chamber in order to supply the liquid nitrogen into the container; a nitrogen gas outlet(40) which is formed on a side of the upper wall of the chamber in order to eject the nitrogen gas, which is generated as liquid nitrogen within the container is vaporized, out of the chamber; a frozen-drying material injection nozzle(50) installed on the upper wall of the chamber in order to inject the liquid frozen-drying material into the container in which the liquid nitrogen is contained; a heating unit which is formed on the inside bottom surface of the chamber and heats up the container in order to dry the frozen-drying material in the container; and a vacuum pump which creates a vacuum in the space of the chamber.
