The tunnel (1) has microwave generators (2) arranged on successive frames (4) and performing drying and dehydration of different organic or mineral materials (5), where the tunnel is made of metallic or non-metallic material. The organic or mineral materials are linearly routed inside the tunnel by using a conveyor belt (3) to transfer the materials in a continuous manner. The routed materials are subjected to an influence or successive action of electromagnetic fields of the generators during transfer of the materials based on the position of the generators.
