Disclosed is a compound of formula I, wherein R9 is optionally substituted aryl or benzyl, R11 is optionally substituted benzothiazolyl, X is N and Y is alkylene of 1-3 carbon atoms, and the remaining substituents are as defined in the specification. The compounds are useful for the treatment cardiovascular diseases such as atrial and ventricular arrhythmias, intermittent claudication, Prinzmetal's (variant) angina, stable and unstable angina, exercise induced angina, congestive heart disease, and myocardial infarction.
