Improved multiple function dispenser

Spraying apparatus for mixing and dispensing a liquid chemical concentrate from a container (connected to 22) into another liquid (e.g. water) which flows through the apparatus. The spraying apparatus includes a two piece eductor (24) which slides into the apparatus (26) and includes a rotatable component. The apparatus is adjustable to allow for high and low flow rates while simultaneously selecting a rate of dilution. The apparatus is characterised in that an eductor flange communicates with a groove in the apparatus to prevent the eductor (24) from rotating.
