Roller bearing with running tracks (2,6) which widen out in a taper from one end to the other, rolling bodies (7) which roll in the running tracks, and a bearing cage (11) for guiding the rolling bodies. The back running faces (12) of the cage are profiled so that starting from a parallel arrangement of the cage longitudinal axis and the roller bearing rotation axis the magnitude of the total contact surface remains constant or increases with increase in inclination angle.
