A LCD is provided to prevent a ghost effect and a generation of a residual voltage due to the unbalance of the charged electric charge state by maintaining charged pixel electrode regularly. An LCD(100) comprises a plurality of data lines, a plurality of gate lines, and a plurality of common voltage lines. A plurality of data lines is arranged to lenghtwise. A plurality of gate lines is arranged to the cross direction in order to intersect with data line. Odd lines are extended to the first direction, and even lines are extended to the opposite direction of the first direction. A plurality of common voltage lines intersects with data lines parallelly arranged with the gate line. The odd line of a plurality of common voltage lines are extended along the second direction, and the even lines are extended along the first direction.
