<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve element opening/closing device completely closing a flow passage for a fluid by a simple structure even if the total sum of the fluid pressures of a fluid flowing into the device is increased due to an increase in the number of input ports. <P>SOLUTION: This valve element opening/closing device 1 comprises: a body 10 in which a space is formed; an inflow pipe 12 connected to the body 10 and allowing the fluid to flow into the space and an outflow pipe 14 allowing the fluid to flow out of the space; a valve element 16 for opening and closing a flow passage allowing the fluid to flow from the inflow pipe 12 to the outflow pipe 14 through the body 10; and a drive part 18 openably driving the valve element 16. The valve element 16 is installed in the body 16 on the inflow pipe 12 side of the opening 65 connected to the inflow pipe 12. When the valve element is brought into contact with the opening 65, the valve element opening/closing device is brought into a closed state, and when the valve element is separated from the opening 65, it is brought into an open state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
