PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an overlap allowance absorbing protrusion from being separated from the outer face side due to deformation of a connecting part even when a load is applied on the connecting part from above. SOLUTION: In forming this synthetic resin box, an overlap allowance absorbing protrusion 8 is protrusively formed on one side panel 1 corner of the two side panels 1 on both sides of a pair of opposing corners which are folded in an acute angle when the box is folded in a roughly parallelogram. On the outside face of the adjoining side panels 1, a side panel connecting hinge part 2 is fixed and a connecting part 18 provided at the tip end of the hinge part 2 is doubly connected to the outer face side of the protrusion 8 by a connecting means. A securing part 60 is provided at the bottom end of the connecting part 18. A part 61 to be secured is provided at a position facing the bottom end of the connecting part 18 of a bottom piece 4 in a box shape assembled condition.
