PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a press die which can make a scrap space wide, and can smoothly eject a cut-off scrap to the outside of the press die by giving a steep inclination angle to a scrap chute. SOLUTION: The press die includes a fixed lower die 1 and an upper die 2 which moves upward and downward with respect to the fixed lower die 1. The lower die 1 is provided with a lower trimming blade 3 for cutting off the edge of a workpiece. The upper die 2 is provided with a pad 5 for pressing the workpiece put on the lower die 1 and a passive cam 6 which has an upper trimming blade 7 which is guided so as to advance and recede by means of a cam base 9 provided on the lower die 1, and cuts off the edge of the workpiece in cooperation with the lower trimming blade 3. The scrap chute 4 is arranged below the cam base 9 so as to eject the cut-off scrap to the outside of the die. The cam base 9 is supported by the lower die 1 so as to turn upward from a normal position for guiding the passive cam 6 so as to advance and recede. The lower die has a lifter 12 for turning the cam base 9 upward. The upper die 2 has a cam base returning cam 13 for returning the upward turned cam base 9 to the normal position.
