AGRICULTURAL METHOD, ROOT NODULE BACTERIA INOCULATING PREPARATION FOR HAIRY VETCH, AND HARVESTED CROP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation method inhibiting hairy vetch from physiological disorder to be optimally used as green manure. SOLUTION: The cultivation method comprises inoculating hairy vetch seeds with root nodule bacteria having symbiotic nitrogen fixation activity and seeding the same so as to inhibit physiological disorder due to shortage in nitrogen in the hairy vetch. The root nodule bacteria have low temperature resistance maintained to have 0.3μmol/plant hr or more even in an environment at 15°C during daytime. The root nodule bacteria comprise hairy vetch root nodule bacteria Y629 (NITE AP-323). The hairy vetch inoculated with the root nodule bacteria is sowed in a paddy field or the like after rice reaping in winter to cultivate the hairy vetch, and the hairy vetch is plowed in as the green manure before planting crops.
