<p>A method for producing an organic light emitting apparatus is provided to improve the light emitting characteristic by forming the organic electron-luminescent layer in a vacuum condition. A method for producing an organic light emitting apparatus includes the cleaning process for irradiating the UV light onto a substrate, on which a lower electrode(9) and a device isolating layer(6) are formed, while introducing and exhausting the gas containing the oxygen; the process of forming the organic compound layer(8) on the washed lower electrode; the process of forming a upper electrode(5) on the organic compound layer. The cleaning process is progressed under the pressure of range less than 10,000 Pa over 10 Pa.</p> |
