<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power steering device capable of miniaturizing an assist motor by assisting steering with an assist motor and a hydraulic pump. <P>SOLUTION: The power steering device is equipped with an assist motor 30 which generates an assist force for assisting the steering drive-controlled by C-EPS_ECU50 according to a steering torque and the hydraulic pump 42 for generating the assist force for assisting the steering drive-controlled by H-EPS_ECU60 according to the steering torque by the rotation of a motor 41 for a pump. The C-EPS_ECU50 controls to drive the assist motor 30 according to the steering torque T, and the H-EPS_ECU60 controls to drive the motor 41 for the pump according to the steering torque T and generates the assist force by the hydraulic pump 42, when the steering torque T exceeds a limit torque T<SB>0</SB>to be a steering assistable torque with the assist force by the assist motor 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
