A method for transmitting a reference signal is provided to implement the reference signal matched with various environment and requirements by using uplink/downlink wireless resources and to improve the usability of the wireless resource. DFT(Discrete Fourier Transform)(210) is performed according to a time domain reference signal and a frequency domain reference signal is generated. IFFT(inverse fast Fourier Transform)(220) is performed according to the frequency domain reference signal and generates transmission signal is generated. A frequency domain reference signal and a frequency domain data signal is generated by performing DFT(Discrete Fourier Transform) according to reference signal and data signal.
