A mixer capable of mixing objects evenly is provided to save mixing time, to improve mixing efficiency and to enable multi-rotations. A mixer capable of mixing objects evenly comprises: a first rotation axis(110) of which axial direction inclines toward the constant angle; a first frame(120) which is connected to the first rotation axis; a second rotation axis(130) which is installed at the first frame and connected to the first frame; a second frame which is connected to the second rotation axis, rotatable in a direction of the second rotation axis, and formed of receiving space which receives a mixture container.
