<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for suppressing continuously sweat by absorbing the sweat and feeling of cold. <P>SOLUTION: The tool is prepared by covering a substrate 1, to which a highly water-absorbing resin 3 is bonded in the surrounding with a pressure-sensitive adhesive 2, with a cloth 4.
