PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control monitoring system capable of easily and accurately providing an instruction by an operation instruction method including three-dimensional information. SOLUTION: An operation setting part 2 displays image data of a subject 15 which is output from a subject operation part 1 on a first display part 21, and an adjustment condition setting means 24 executes condition setting, analyzes an observation area condition and an adjustment condition from an image picked up by an operation setting image pickup part 22 and determines the observation area condition and the adjustment condition. Two-dimensional image data are displayed on a second display part 17 on the basis of the observation area condition and the adjustment condition, an irradiation position and an angle of a light irradiating light source 13 are set and light irradiation is performed on a position and at an angle corresponding to the observation area condition and the adjustment condition of the subject to instruct operation contents from a remote place.
