<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel frozen bovine semen for artificial insemination having longer survival time of sperm than that of conventional one and able to improve a conception rate. <P>SOLUTION: In frozen bovine semen for artificial insemination, the frozen bovine semen for artificial insemination prepared by adding yolk of guinea fowl to cryopreservation liquid instead of yolk of fowl which has conventionally been used as a nutrient component and freezing the sperm has longer survival time of the sperm and is able to improve the conception rate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
