A razor cartridge (20) for connecting to a handle is provided. The razor cartridge (20) includes a blade unit (22) and a frame (40) secured to and su rrounding the blade unit (22). The blade unit (22) includes a plurality of b lades (23). The blades (23) extend along respective parallel blade axes (36) The frame (40) has a frame perimeter (50) and a pivoting structure (55). Th e frame perimeter (50) defines a razor cartridge perimeter (51) for the razo r cartridge (20). The pivoting structure (55) defines a pivot axis (60) for pivoting the razor cartridge (20) with respect to the handle. The pivot axis (60) is located within the frame (40) and in front of the blade axes (36).
