PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device provided with a loop brush capable of discharging a toner and the like sufficiently. SOLUTION: A cleaning device 6 comprises: a cleaning blade 62 for scraping off a toner and the like on a photoreceptor drum 2; a cleaning brush 63 for removing the toner or the like on the photoreceptor drum 2 prior to the removal by the cleaning blade 62; and a leiotrichous brush 66 for flicking out the toner or the like accumulated in the cleaning brush 63. The cleaning brush 63 is a rotation brush disposed rotatably, and has bristles transplanted in a looped manner. The cleaning brush 63 abuts against the leiotrichous brush 66 that is fixed to a housing 61, and the toner and the like recovered by the cleaning brush 63 are discharged by the leiotrichous brush 66.
