A redundancy address fuse circuit is provided to improved operation speed and accuracy of the redundancy address fuse circuit by reducing a time required for turning on A PMOS transistor after address matching. In a redundancy address fuse circuit, a switch(26) supplies a power to a detection node and makes a detection node a high level. An address fuse stores a special address and forms a current path and applies a low level voltage to the diction node in case that an input address is accord with the special address. A signal generator(20) outputs a repair enable signal by the voltage level of the diction node. A switch controller(25) turns on the switch in case that the input address is changed. |
