<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve in a security aspect and an operational aspect when a radio tag and a plurality of card media are carried by one and the same person. <P>SOLUTION: A card holder 100 is provided with a first storage part 21a and a second storage part 21b which are not completely superposed with each other, and a hole part 42 through which a radio tag 20 and a strap 41 are put is formed at a position where the first storage part 21a and the second storage part 21b are not superposed. Also, a convex section 31a is formed in the storage part of the card, and a concave section 31b is formed in a card 200 so that it is possible to prevent the card 200 whose concave section 31b is not matched with the convex section 31a from being erroneously inserted.
