PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply mold an uneven pattern such as a joint pattern or the like on the surface of an extrusion molded plate with good appearance at a high speed. SOLUTION: This manufacturing apparatus 11 of the extrusion molded plate is constituted so as to manufacture an extrusion molded cement panel having the uneven pattern 25 molded on its surface by extruding a kneaded material 20 containing a hydraulic material from a cap part 13 and allowing an endless mold belt 15 made of a synthetic resin to run in the extrusion direction 8 of the green panel 14 molded while extruded while pressing the same to the upper surface of the green panel 14 and a sheet-like reinforcing member 27 having flexibility is fixed to and embedded in the mold belt 15 over the whole range of the molding uneven pattern molds 26 provided to the mold belt 15.
