PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a machining time as the whole work, by dispensing with pre-finishing machining for confirming the machining height, by preventing such a situation as incorrectly machining the machining height, by monitoring the machining height of a cylindrical structure such as a shroud support cylinder. SOLUTION: A machining tool indicating target 6 arranged on the inner peripheral side of a turning frame 3, is measured by a measuring head arranged on the central side of the cylindrical structure, thereby, measuring the height of a machining tool arranged outside the turning frame together with a position in the peripheral direction.
