<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information management system capable of smoothly practically using medical information between medical treatment facilities. <P>SOLUTION: This medical information management system 1 comprises: a first hospital terminal 2 installed in a first hospital; a second hospital terminal 12 installed in a second hospital; and a medical information management server 13 installed outside the hospitals and communicable with the terminals via a district communication network 11.
