PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet handling method and device of dispensers eliminating any possibility of a chuck error of PTP (Press-Through Package) tablet sheets caused by three-dimensional displacements of a cassette and a chucking device. SOLUTION: The dispenser 1 is provided with a chucking unit 400 for chucking PTP tablet sheets 900 stacked inside a tablet cassette 500 and taking them out of the tablet cassette 500, and a cutting unit positioned outside Figure and cutting the taken-out PTP tablet sheets 900, and is further provided with a detecting means for detecting the three-dimensional position of at least one of the tablet cassette 500 and the cutting unit.
