PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct laying floor structure and a direct laying floor heating structure capable of preventing a flexible floor substrate member from being levitated due to the heat radiated from a floor heating panel or generated by rise of temperature in summer irrespective of the use of a light-weight raw material as a floor mounting member and to provide construction methods for them. SOLUTION: This placing floor structure 10 has the flexible floor substrate member 30 and the floor mounting member 40. The flexible floor substrate member 30 is constituted by a plurality of basic material sheets 50, 50, etc. and an end part 52a of the basic material sheet is overlapped on an end part 52b of adjacent basic material sheet to join them mutually.
