PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an action loss and a time loss in an automatic double-sided sheet feeder. SOLUTION: This device comprises guide rollers 6L(6R) with a spring capable of opening and closing in a width direction of a transfer sheet, nipping the traveling transfer sheet from the width direction, and restraining a position of the transfer sheet by an elastic force, a jogger fence 7 positioned on a downstream side of the guide rollers in the traveling direction of the transfer before reversion and aligning the transfer sheets in the width direction, conveying rollers 1 positioned on an upstream side of the guide rollers in the traveling direction of the transfer sheet before reversion and conveying the transfer sheet, and reverse rollers positioned on a downstream side of the guide rollers in the traveling direction of the transfer sheet before reversion, taking over the conveyance of the transfer sheet from the conveying rollers, and switching a feeding direction to an opposite direction and conveying it.
