Disclosed is a particulate composition which contains reduced coenzyme Q10 and which has both high stability in oxygen and high bioabsorbability in the field of a food, a food with a nutrient function, a food for specified health uses, a dietary supplement, a nutrient, a veterinary medicine, a beverage, a feed, a cosmetic product, a medicinal agent, a therapeutic agent, a prophylactic agent, or the like. Also disclosed is a method for producing the particulate composition. Further disclosed is a method for stabilizing the particulate composition. The particulate composition containing reduced coenzyme Q10 comprises: a matrix mainly composed of a water-soluble excipient and containing a water-soluble ascorbic acid; and an oily component comprising reduced coenzyme Q10, wherein the oily component is polydispersed in the matrix to form a domain. The particulate composition has both of high stability in oxygen and high bioabsorbability.
