<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply device capable of coping with accidental increase of use of hot water without degrading efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: This hot water supply device comprises a heating means 2 for heating the water in a hot water storage tank 1, a plurality of hot water storage tank temperature detecting means 3 for detecting water temperatures in the vertical direction in the hot water storage tank 1, a water temperature detecting means 4 for detecting a water temperature approximately at a bottom portion of the hot water storage tank 1, a remaining hot water amount calculating means 6 for calculating the amount of usable remaining hot water on the basis of outputs of the hot water storage tank temperature detecting means 3 and the water temperature detecting means 4, an use purpose setting means 8 set by an user, a reboiled-hot water amount deciding means 9 for deciding the amount of reboiled-hot water on the basis of a result of the calculation of the remaining hot water amount calculating means 6 and contents set by the use purpose setting means 8, and a heating means control means 10 for controlling the heating means 2 on the basis of the decided contents of the reboiled-hot water amount deciding means 9. As the heating means 2 is controlled on the basis of the required hot water amount according to the use purpose of the hot water set by the use purpose setting means 8, the optimum amount of hot water can be stored in the hot water storage tank 1 without degrading efficiency by heat radiation, on the contrary, without running-out of hot water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
