<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device, which displays a plurality of information titles and may switch informational data being displayed in a display portion of the display device to another page data according to a scrolling operation for the page being displayed on the display portion of the display device such that character information in books, magazines, and news papers can be read in an appropriate narrow space by displaying them on a small-size display screen as well as selecting and displaying them in units of pages through a simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: The display device, which comprises a method and a management unit. The method of the display device comprises: a holding means for storing the information, data of which is required for data display on a screen; an update means for switching a display screen by a way of an operation on an operation unit and updating the information stored in the holding means; and a management unit for displaying a page screen identical to a target screen displayed by the way of the operation on the operation unit based on the updated information when the device is restarted after a power is turned off. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
