A method for restoring work member of earth-moving machinery relates thereto and can be used for restoring bucket teeth of earth-moving machinery providing to make technological process content shorter and easier, allowing to restore repeatedly the work member taking into account working conditions. The method for restoring work member of earth-moving machinery is characterized in compensating a worn tooth cutting edge by a pre-shaped changeable cutting plate, attaching thereof to a lower tooth edge with a plate cutting edge extending beyond the worn tooth cutting edge and subsequent replace thereof till full use of the tooth body. 50 to 100 mm thick rectangular, wedge, spherical, trapezoid or spear-shaped plates are welded to the lower tooth edge restoring the tooth geometric parameters, namely: tooth cutting edge sharpening angle υ is 25-35°, angle of tooth back &thetas; is 5-7°. |
