When the reception quality excess amount is greater than the reception quality shortage amount, a weight deciding part (150) calculates reception quality excess amounts and reception quality shortage amounts for all transmission weight candidates, and selects a transmission weight to be used from among other transmission weight candidates, the reception quality excess amounts of which are plus and the reception quality shortage amounts of which are minus.</p> |
