FLASH MEMORY DEVICE AND FLASH MEMORY SYSTEM

A flash memory device and flash memory system is provided to reduce time required for mounting NAND flash memory file system at an electronic system and for booting a system since the NAND flash memory dose not need an additional spare data cell area. In a flash memory device(100) and flash memory system, a first nonvolatile memory composed of a plurality of page data cells stores page data and reads a stored page data when a read command is supplied. A second nonvolatile memory, composed of a plurality of page data cells and spare cells adjacent to the page data cells, scan spare data and temporarily the scan data in mounting a file system after storing spare data, reads/ outputs the stored data when a read command is supplied.
